We believe that when adults are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build meaningful relationships, children, youth, and families experience better outcomes.

Founded by Kadane and Bailey, experienced Child and Youth Care Practitioners, Resilient Roots is committed to advancing relational practice by providing accessible, evidence-informed training and learning opportunities for frontline staff, caregivers, educators, and organizations that support children and youth.

Rooted in a genuine desire to create positive change, we strive to strengthen practice, promote ethical and relationship-centered care, and build the confidence and competence of those working with children and youth.
